physical appearance » Of average height and build - that being thin with a slight bit of musculature, Kit would be rather plain in a court setting if it weren't for her lively emerald green eyes. Lightly tanned - thanks to a bit of K'mir blood, Kit has waist length silky dark brown hair that holds a natural curl and is generally bound in a braid down her back. Freckles adorn her cheeks and nose, and her full lips are more apt to smile upon you than to frown. While her breasts are nothing to ogle at -in Kit's opinion at least - they are an apparent part of her figure. One she ignores as best she can. They aren't watermelons, but they aren't peaches either. If you must assign a fruit to the size of her breasts, your best bet would be cantaloupes. Seeing Kit in anything other than greens and browns is a case for wondering if she's feeling well as those are her favorite colors and pretty much the only things in her wardrobe.


normal attire » sturdy brown cotton breeches, white shirt - generally tugged off her shoulders- and a brown tunic (when she's being fancy or scouting) are Kit's normal attire since joining the Riders. A brown leather riding jacket completes her normal outfit. During her off time, she can occasionally be talked into a dress. Of which she retains two outside of her Palace Rooms. One is a green silk floor length gown with just the barest strap of sleeves draped down her arms that is held up by the fact that it's so dang tight in the bodice and hips. The second is a light brown (Fawn according to her mother) satin that ends a bare inch off the ground and drapes on her like a sheet. It's held up by the scrap of cloth that loops around the back of her neck (the only bit of cloth on her backside above her hips) and hugs her figure quite nicely.


general personality » Cheerful is the easiest way to describe Kit's most common mood. No matter what happens, she tries to look on the bright side. It doesn't always work mind you, but 95% of the time, you'll see her smiling even when she's covered in blood and mud. About the only time Kit's mood turns sour is when she's out in the field and gets a letter from home, then it'll take some effort for her to shake her bad mood and smile again.

With an easy-going disposition and general feeling of benevolence towards her fellows, it's not hard to see how she can be beloved by many (though by no means all) of the people she meets - when not meeting them with a sword in hand. Kit is most happy when she's watching (or preferably helping) her fellow Riders get into and back out of mischief. Kit tries to make friends with everyone she meets, even street brats that end up stealing from her.

Kit does have a serious side..buried deep deep within her. It comes out for battles, training, people who annoy her, and court functions (which she avoids at all costs) but otherwise lies dormant inside her along with many of her memories of her childhood.

While it may ordinarily take a lot to make Kit's blood boil, a few things trigger it like lightning. Folks who abuse those they are supposed to protect (servants, children, vassals), and folks that cheerful steal from those that have nothing.

*Positive outlook on life - Pretty much no matter what, Kit will find something to be happy about. Life is short after all, no sense in ruining it by being miserable.
*Easy-going nature helps keep Kit out of trouble, coupled with her dislike of strong liquors and she's the least likely to get drunk and start a fight of her current set of friends.
*Horseback riding - Since riding was something even a Noble Woman ought to know how to do, Kit's been riding since she was 8 and when she came to the Riders, she lived and breathed for her ponies and the new ways of riding she learned from them. Kit's the fastest and most skilled Rider in her group, though there are folks in other groups better than Kit.
*Resourcefulness was honed at a young age as Kit found ways around her parents restrictions on her to be ready to join the Riders at the age of fifteen

*Claustrophobia makes being stuck in a tent during a raging blizzard a very bad time for Kit
*Swimming. She can't do it. Not very well at any rate. It was never something she was encouraged to learn as a child and she just hasn't had time since joining the riders to learn.
